Estimated Shipping Times
Here at Carmatssolutions, we treat every order as our first! We know you want your luxury car mats fast. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your customized car mats to good use sooner.
For accurate shipping and lead times, please reference the shipping table below.
NOTE: The below estimate delivery times of your order are dependent on the shipping region and whether you choose FREE, STANDARD, or EXPRESS shipping. Additionally, estimate delivery times can also vary during peak seasons.

Carmatssolutions orders are custom-made just for your car. Please allow 10-15 days for us to craft your order (we do not hold inventory, each set of mats is handmade and customized with your car's information). Due to the specialized services we offer, please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping, depending on your preferred shipping method.

How do I track my shipment?
- Once your order is mindfully created and ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation number (they are typically sent within 10-15 days after your order is placed).

My package was shipped but I haven't received an update?
- Your package is currently in transit to the destination country. During this process, it may be transferred between different couriers, countries, and airports that may not provide tracking updates. The tracking number will be updated once the package arrives in the destination country and has been processed and cleared by customs. Please note that many countries do not update tracking information until the package has cleared customs, and there may be additional delays due to restrictions or quarantine measures.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
- If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Couriers may leave packages with neighbors or at a local post office if there is no answer at the delivery location. You should also have received a notice from the courier indicating where the package was delivered.

What if my package is lost?
- We closely monitor every package and maintain regular contact with couriers to ensure that packages are not lost. In the unlikely event that a package is marked as lost in transit, we will either remake and reship your order as soon as possible or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
International Shipments
Please note that international shipments may encounter customs security checks, which may result in delivery delays. You can shop with confidence when shopping at Carmatssolutions as we (Carmatssolutions) will cover all GST and duties.
NOTE: Carmatssolutions and its third-party courier affiliates are NOT responsible for any extra charges incurred during transit.
At Carmatssolutions, we make it our personal goal to deliver the best in quality/price ratio, design, and craftsmanship. Your customized car mats are supervised at each stage of production and must pass a final inspection during packaging before we release it for shipping.

Delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 90 days, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us at support@carmatssolutions.com with your order number.
